MENTOR Adult Day Health MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve. Home Health Aide (HHA) – In-Home Care Location: Worcester & Surrounding Areas Schedule: Flexible Hours | Based on Availability Wage: $19.00/hour + Mileage Reimbursement Important Requirements Valid and current HHA/CNA Certificate Full, valid Driver's License held for at least 12 months (permits and intermediate licenses do not count) Reliable personal vehicle for traveling to individuals’ homes Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in someone’s life? Key Responsibilities Provide in-home support with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care Support light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation Run errands or assist with grocery shopping as needed Monitor health conditions and document services provided Build positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you serve Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old HHA or CNA certification Previous caregiving experience is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation Must pass a background check prior to hire Must complete a physical exam and TB skin test Compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills Why Join Us?
