Medical Technologist

The Medical Technologist performs complex procedures for clinical diagnostic purposes.

Time Type: Part time (36 hours per 2 week pay period), with benefits

Typical Hours: Day Shift

Education:

• Bachelors of Science degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related science required.
• If degree is in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science, must be certified as a MLS(ASCP), MT(ASCP) or CLS(NCA) within 12 months of hire. Failure to be certified within 12 months of hire will result in being moved into a Non-certified MT position.
• If degree is in Biology, Chemistry, or other related science, must be certified as a MLS(ASCP), MT(ASCP) or CLS(NCA) at time of hire.
