Patient Coordinator
Buckhead Smile Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our growing team in Atlanta! If you enjoy creating a welcoming experience for patients, thrive in a fast-paced dental environment, and have a passion for helping others navigate their dental care, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Every other Saturday is required
What You'll Do
- Greet and check patients in and out with exceptional customer service
- Verify and update patient information
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Collect payments and review treatment estimates
- Discuss and assist patients with third-party financing options
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental office experience required
- Open Dental experience preferred
- Knowledge of third-party financing platforms, including CareCredit, Sunbit, and Cherry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
