Sales Director

Our client is a leading provider of power systems, electrical infrastructure, grid modernization, and engineered energy solutions serving utility, industrial, renewable energy, and critical infrastructure customers. Compensation Restricted Stock Awards Responsibilities Lead the sales organization and drive revenue growth across strategic accounts and target markets. Oversee major RFQs/RFPs, bid strategy, pricing, and pursuit decisions. Develop relationships with utilities, industrial customers, EPCs, consultants, and large enterprise accounts. Partner with engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership on complex technical opportunities. Drive forecasting, pipeline management, sales reporting, and market growth initiatives. Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales talent. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience selling electrical equipment, power systems, industrial technology, energy infrastructure, or engineered solutions . Experience leading complex, high-value sales cycles and strategic customer relationships. Prior leadership experience managing sales teams or cross-functional groups. Strong business development, forecasting, and commercial negotiation skills. Ability to travel approximately 20%.
