Assistant Service Manager

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care

Responsibilities Answering phones Organizing paperwork in shop Ordering parts and inventory Maintaining workflow in shop Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs Delivering a high level of customer service Requirements 1+ years experience. Strong organizational skills Familiarity with automotive service procedures, terminology, and industry practices is preferred. Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast paced environment Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player Must have valid driver's license #J-18808-Ljbffr AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care
