Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville is building momentum, breaking records, and raising the bar; and we’re looking for motivated, customer-driven Retail Sales Representatives to join our winning team.

Pay Scale

Base hourly rate of $16.90, plus substantial commission opportunities based on performance and other factors.

Most Sales Representatives earn between $5,00 and $12,000 per month, with higher earnings during peak and record-breaking sales periods.

What You’ll Do

Greet and assist customers in the showroom

Build strong relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process

Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations

Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals

Work closely with management and support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience

Participate in ongoing training to grow skills and earning potential
