Project Manager - Construction Management

Construction Project Manager (Vertical) (Manufacturing) We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto lead constructionprojects from planningthrough completion. This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and technicalexpertiseto ensure Tapani projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate teams, manage budgets, and uphold Tapanishigh standardsfor quality and integrity. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans in coordination with estimators and superintendents. Monitor project progress,identifyrisks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Facilitate coordination between office and field operations. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and subcontractor payments. Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Maintainaccurateproject documentation and reporting. Promote Tapanis culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is$80,000 $157,491 annually, depending on experience.
