Position Overview

We are seeking a senior -level CyberArk Engineer/Technical Lead to serve as a subject matter expert and technical leader for enterprise privileged access and secrets management initiatives. This role requires deep CyberArk engineering expertise, strong automation skills, and the ability to design scalable security solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

CyberArk Strategy & Solution Design

• Serve as the CyberArk SME and technical lead
• Design scalable and secure privileged access management solutions
• Define future-state CyberArk architecture and roadmap
• Provide strategic recommendations for privileged access security

Platform Engineering

• Lead CyberArk upgrades, implementations, and enhancements
• Improve platform stability, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot complex issues and develop long-term solutions
• Drive platform modernization efforts

Secret & Credential Management

• Secure credentials and secrets for both human and machine identities
• Implement credential management best practices
• Design and support enterprise secrets management solutions

Automation & DevOps Enablement

• Develop PowerShell automation to support CyberArk operations
• Create tools and processes that improve administration and support
• Support cloud, DevOps, and modern secrets management initiatives
• Increase operational efficiency through automation

Documentation & Governance

• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Document architecture decisions and platform configurations
• Work within Agile and DevOps delivery frameworks
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project and operational work

Required Experience

• 7+ years administering large-scale CyberArk environments
• 7+ years of Windows Server administration experience
• 5+ years of credential management and privileged access management experience
• 5+ years of automation experience (PowerShell required)
• 3+ years of secrets and credential management experience in cloud or DevOps environments
• Deep hands-on experience with CyberArk CCP and/or PCM
• Experience with LDAP and Active Directory
• Strong information security background
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems

This is a Contract position based out of Irving, Texas.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.00/hr.
