We partner with emerging restaurant concepts, national brands, franchise groups, developers, and hospitality companies to deliver turnkey FF&E solutions from concept through installation. As our Texas business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to establish and grow our presence throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market while helping lay the foundation for continued growth across Texas. This is not a traditional sales position. We are looking for a respected relationship builder with an established network within the restaurant and hospitality industry who enjoys opening doors, creating partnerships, and helping clients solve complex challenges. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities with regional and national restaurant brands. Build long-term relationships with restaurant executives, franchisees, developers, architects, designers, general contractors, and hospitality consultants. Identify new restaurant developments and expansion opportunities throughout Texas. Introduce clients to Leap Hospitality's full-service capabilities, including procurement, furniture, logistics, warehousing, project management, and installation. Work closely with our estimating and operations teams to develop winning proposals. Represent Leap Hospitality at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities. Become the face of Leap Hospitality throughout the Texas market. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate already has meaningful relationships within the restaurant development community. You may currently work in: Commercial furniture or FF&E Hospitality construction Hospitality consulting Restaurant operations or franchising More important than your current title is your reputation and ability to build trust with decision makers. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of business development or outside sales experience. Demonstrated success developing new business through relationships. Existing network within the Texas restaurant and hospitality industry. Experience selling complex solutions rather than transactional products. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-starter who enjoys working independently while collaborating with a high-performing team.
