Marketer / Hospital Liaison Coral Reef Subacute Care Center Miami, FL Full-Time | Competitive Compensation + Bonus Potential Coral Reef Subacute Care Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketer / Hospital Liaison to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community partners to support census growth and promote the facility’s clinical services. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven healthcare professional with strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations Conduct daily marketing and outreach activities to increase facility admissions and census growth Serve as a liaison between referral sources, families, and the admissions team Educate healthcare professionals and community partners on facility services and clinical programs Coordinate tours, meetings, and presentations with referral partners Track referral activity and maintain accurate marketing records and reports Collaborate with facility leadership to support strategic marketing initiatives Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and professional organizations Maintain a positive and professional representation of the facility at all times Support admissions processes and assist with referral follow-up as needed Qualifications Must be bilingual in Spanish and English Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison role preferred Skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience strongly preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance, and discharge planning processes preferred Benefits Competitive compensation package Bonus and incentive opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Professional growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Why Join Our Team?
