Health and Safety Manager

Supporting a major insurance company, the part-time remote Health and Safety Manager will lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe workplace. Key responsibilities Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements while tracking operational and safety risks Communicate findings and concerns to stakeholders, providing recommendations to prevent risks and improve compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered Additional certifications as required by local authorities Strong leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to handle sensitive and complex information effectively
