Navitas Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saratoga Springs, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Med Surg : Requirements NY License Must have 2 years acute hospital nursing experience and prior travel experience BLS ACLS -preferred No Locals allowedLocal Radius: 50 miles As you know, since October we have limited our travelers to those coming from outside of a 50-mile radius from Saratoga. The Albany Health System is now moving forward with a more easy to determine limit, by county. So, effective immediately we will not be signing new contracts with travelling nurses whose listed primary residence is in any of the following counties. This will likely impact extensions as well, but let’s take that on a case-by-case basis. Please bring them to my attention when we look to renew and I will provide you a decision.
