Onsite: Quincy, MA Position Overview Client is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Enterprise Invoice Management/Enterprise Service Management (EIM/ESM) platform and enterprise data/reporting environments. This role combines application support, data analysis, reporting, Snowflake administration, Tableau administration, and technical solution support while working closely with architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, enterprise application support, data analytics, reporting, and cloud technologies, preferably within healthcare or large-scale enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities
- Support application architecture, technical analysis, and solution design activities.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and support procedures.
- Support application deployments, upgrades, releases, and production operations.
- Troubleshoot application, database, interface, infrastructure, and batch-processing issues.
- Support production environments and participate in on-call support activities.
- Collaborate across development, QA, infrastructure, security, database, and business teams.
- Administer and support enterprise Snowflake environments.

- Monitor workload performance, storage, and compute utilization.
- Perform performance tuning and cost optimization.
- Administer Tableau Server and/or Tableau Cloud.
- Manage users, groups, dashboards, extracts, schedules, subscriptions, and projects.
- Support Tableau integrations with Snowflake and enterprise data sources.
- Maintain security controls, governance standards, and platform documentation.
- Develop reports, dashboards, queries, scripts, and data solutions.
- Support data reconciliation, corrections, and data validation activities.
- Optimize database queries and report performance.
- Translate reporting and analytics requirements into technical solutions.
- Review database scripts and production deployment packages.
- Support testing and implementation of application enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
