This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a strong background in residential construction, particularly someone with timber-frame experience and an interest in working on a high-specification housing development . Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team, the successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to‑day running of the site, helping to coordinate trades and subcontractors, monitor progress and quality, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards. Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within new-build housing Strong knowledge of residential construction Previous timber-frame experience is highly desirable Experience working on high-specification developments Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality Ability to coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive approach to site management and problem solving A good understanding of health & safety requirements Requirements
