Quality Control Associate

Title : Quality Control Associate – Reagent Manufacturing

Location: Tucson, AZ

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

Shift: Standard Day

Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Control Associate to support reagent manufacturing and quality control operations in a regulated laboratory environment. This role will be responsible for raw material, in-process, and finished goods testing, quality documentation, environmental monitoring, data analysis, and compliance activities within an ISO 13485 and cGMP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods
  • Document test results, batch records, observations, and qualification reports
  • Analyze laboratory data and support investigations, including OOS and non-conformance events
  • Generate and review quality documentation and Device History Records
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and routine laboratory maintenance
  • Support inventory management, laboratory supply ordering, and equipment calibration activities
  • Assist with process validations, method transfers, process monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with cGMP, ISO, FDA, OSHA, and internal quality requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience, OR
  • Associate Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline (Entry-Level Candidates Welcome)

Preferred Experience:

  • GLP, cGMP, or ISO-regulated environments
  • Handling biohazardous or corrosive reagents
  • Lean Manufacturing and 6S methodologies
