LaBelle Winery Event HostSuccessful candidate will be personable, engaging, and highly energetic individual with a passion for customer service. Excellent representation of the LaBelle Winery brand is imperative for success.Essential Responsibilities:Greeting guests with a smile and welcoming attitudeMaintain event ambiance with an enthusiastic mannerProtect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policiesEnsuring food and beverage requests are metCollaborate with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct ordersRetaining/memorizing the event menu, and provide recommendations for food, wine or beveragesRefreshen food and beverage buffetsProperly storing and caring for banquet equipmentDeliver a memorable event experience by resolving all customer issues promptlyAssist with tidying of tables and clearing tables.Set tables and arrange event areas to accommodate larger groups and prepare for special occasionsHandling routine purchasing transactions including operating cash registersOperate point of sale system; ToastQualifications:Experience providing excellent customer serves in a fast paced, fine dining environmentA positive attitude and ability to well under pressure in collaboration with support staff and kitchen staff.Able perform high quality work while unsupervised.Able to handle money accurately and operate a point of sale system.Must be able to lift 45lbs regularlyMust have ability to tolerate physical activity including standing for long periods, bending, walking and other physical activity.Experience:High School DiplomaBartending and/or server experience (2 + years)Food service certificateBenefits:401(k) matchReferral programVarious Employee Discount programsFitness ReimbursementFree Golf/Mini GolfWorker's Compensation InsuranceAnd many more!We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
