Your leadership will help create a positive, collaborative environment where both residents and team members feel supported.If you're a committed, confident leader who thrives in a collaborative setting, Complete Care at Holiday City wants to hear from you!Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN Unit Manager Schedule & Benefits:Schedule:Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision and paid time off (PTO)Tuition Reimbursement for eligible employeesCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesLicensed Practical Nurse-LPN Unit Manager Qualifications:Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Practical Nurse LicensePrevious long-term care experience is preferred but not requiredExperience in sub-acute care in a long-term care setting preferredPrior experience managing staff is preferredComputer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC) softwareLicensed Practical Nurse-LPN Unit Manager Responsibilities:Supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient careConduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times throughout the shiftProvide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family membersAssess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plansTrack treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelinesCoordinate with supervising physicians to ensure a smooth recovery process for residentsEnsure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelinesOther duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or AdministratorComplete Care at Holiday City is an equal opportunity employer.
