What You Will Do Own your caseload, managing litigation from initial filing through to trial. Craft compelling pleadings, motions, and legal discovery. Advocate for clients in depositions, mediations, and negotiations. Develop winning litigation strategies through rigorous legal research. Navigate complex appellate proceedings and trial preparations. Collaborate directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Who You Are An active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing with a J.D. from an accredited school. Experienced professional with 3–5 years in civil litigation or insurance defense.
