Technical Recruiter

Job Type Full-time; 4 Days In Office, Mandatory Mondays Salary Range 100,000 - 140,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus The Opportunity The Technical Recruiter role is headquartered in NYC and will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for Kargo Global. This role will sit on the People Operations Team and will partner closely with the HR function on a daily basis. It will collaborate heavily with our tech and Product hiring managers to find the best talent for Kargo. The right candidate will build relationships with internal managers to learn the ins and outs of their departments, anticipate hiring needs, and serve as a brand ambassador and talent scout externally and a business partner internally. Daily To-Do Source, screen and hire the strongest candidates for all technical and product focused roles across Kargo using a combination of best practices, experience, technology and personal touch. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers from various departments to fill open headcount and anticipate longer‑term hiring needs. Provide best‑in‑class service to candidates, hiring managers and interviewers. Champion candidate experience from initial outreach to offer, ensuring that all candidates receive consistent and timely feedback, communication and expectations. Familiarity with recruiting technology platforms including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter BuiltIn, etc. Execute Kargo's branding and networking strategy. Create and manage the talent pipeline through ongoing communications with key stakeholders. Partner with the Manager, People Operations to develop compensation packages that are internally and externally competitive. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of mid‑level recruiting experience or above. Experience in recruitment focused on tech and product focused roles. Strategic thinker who can support and refine an end-to-end recruiting, interviewing and hiring process. Exemplary track record in recruiting for all levels of talent ranging from coordinator level to VP level. Experience utilizing various recruitment and ATS platforms including but not limited to Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. Confidence in your sourcing & recruiting skills, able to provide professional guidance to hiring managers with a strong customer service orientation. Excels in high‑volume recruiting in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Experience in (ad) tech, creative, or startup environment (a plus but not required).
