Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8s with flexibility on daily hours and in/out times.
• Patient volume includes 13-15 patients per day and around 2-3 evaluations per day.
• Practice uses Pro EMR with AI.
• Support staff includes techs to assist.
• Patient population includes a mix of aquatics, ortho, dry needling, and pelvic floor.
