Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at New Era Behavioral Health, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual assessments and therapy sessions for couples, families, and individuals tailored to their unique situations.

• Designing and implementing treatment plans that focus on resolving issues related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, physical and psychological abuse, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Providing essential support for blended families, encompassing challenges associated with remarriage, separation, and divorce, as well as facilitating adjustments through therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Utilizing proven therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems approaches, to enhance patient outcomes.

• Monitoring progress throughout the therapeutic journey and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet patient goals.

• Documenting all client interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to maintain compliance and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFTs will work with a varied client population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing an array of concerns, from mental health struggles to significant family transitions. Therapeutic sessions may address a spectrum of issues such as job stress, medical challenges, sibling rivalry, and communication barriers, ensuring a holistic approach to healing and support.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
