The JOB: Steward Requirements As a steward, your main role is to support the restaurants service and culinary team, however at times, we invite our employees for special projects around the resort. Our restaurants offer a fast paced work environment where having fun and smiling are part of our daily culture. Caring for our internal guests by working hand in hand with the teams makes you a key contributor to success, A steward at Laplaya works in many different areas and we are seeking employees that are self-motivated, love working while standing, and have a keen eye to ensure that everything is maintained clean. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to walk, bend and stoop. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to work in fast paced environment.
