About the Paid Training Program

Your journey starts with 60 days of paid training at $25/hour. During this time, youll learn The SVG Phoenix Process, our proven playbook for professional success.

Youll receive detailed scripts for:

• The Meet & Greet
• Presentation of Figures
• Pre-Delivery Process
• Menu Presentation
• Final Delivery

Through role-playing, peer feedback, and one-on-one coaching, youll master these scripts to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Youll even be recorded presenting your scripts to ensure confidence, clarity, and professional delivery.

Once youve learned the process, youll make it your ownblending SVGs structure with your unique style and personality.
