Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a travel assignment in the Neuro ICU at an Acute Care setting in Peoria, IL. This role requires a highly-skilled nurse to manage critical patients and adjust to a fast-paced environment within the Intensive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 in a Neuro ICU setting
• Perform and manage ventriculostomies, ventilators, arterial lines, and central lines
• Administer and titrate various drips as per physician's orders
• Interpret and read telemetry and monitor strips using Phillips monitors
• Collaborate with charge nurses and house supervisors to provide optimal patient care

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Active IL nursing license or proof of initiated application process
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proven experience in ventriculostomy, ventilators, and acute stroke management
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification
