Kevin’s Plumbing & Heating is seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team in Minot, ND. This is an opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional who takes pride in advanced troubleshooting, quality repairs, and providing solutions customers can trust.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC systems
• Repair and maintain heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical system issues
• Complete residential and commercial service work
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Provide recommendations and solutions to customers
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Support team success through knowledge and experience

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong understanding of refrigeration, heat pumps, electrical systems, and HVAC controls
• Ability to work independently and solve complex service issues
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
