Senior Security Operations Engineer

Passionate about security and automation, the full-time remote Senior Security Operations Engineer will drive security projects, perform infrastructure reviews, and enhance detection and response capabilities to protect customers and the organization. Key responsibilities Drive security projects that facilitate business functions and protect customers, brand, and employees Scale detection and response capabilities across environments and systems while tracking vulnerability remediation Proactively hunt for threats and perform regular on-call duties, including incident commander responsibilities during security incidents Required qualifications 6 - 8+ years in a security role managing complex cloud environments Deep familiarity with cloud security, including AWS or Azure services Experience securing container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Background in automating security tasks with SOAR tools and/or programming languages like Python or Go Knowledge of security frameworks such as SOC2, ISO, CMMC, and FedRamp
