Sr. Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Service Representative to join their client's exceptional team in VIsta, California. This role is designed for a dedicated professional looking to provide top-tier customer service and support in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

• Working with PRTs, order processing, order tracking, shipment status, and RMAs
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records in the company's database to ensure accurate information management.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to various customer situations and find effective solutions while adhering to company policies.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer experience.
• Assist with training and mentoring new customer service representatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent Customer Service experience
• MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Work Hours:

Full-time position with typical hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Pay:

$28 - $35 per hour
