Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead various initiatives. This role involves developing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring adherence to project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating ambiguity, translating business requirements into actionable objectives, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using PMO tools and templates.
• Define resource requirements and negotiate availability with resource managers.
• Establish, maintain, and update the project risk log, resolving and escalating issues as needed.
• Translate business requirements into actionable, achievable project objectives.
• Monitor and report on project performance, quality, and health indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance the consistency and effectiveness of project delivery.
• Conduct analyses to estimate and track project costs and budgets.
• Manage project change control and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.

Marketing-Specific Knowledge

• Understanding of the full campaign lifecycle from brief to measurement.
• Familiarity with the development and management of cross-channel direct marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of coordinating various channels, including digital, social, email, events, and PR.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of project management experience.

Skills:

• Demonstrated success in applying project management concepts across multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and manage difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to gain and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• PMI or equivalent certification.
• Understanding of business process improvement and change management.
