Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted LivingDo you have HEART? This position is responsible for providing licensed nursing services to residents, following the guidelines provided by Senior Lifestyle Corporation.Pay Rate: $38/hourResponsibilities include:Medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.Admission assessments and documentation for new residents.Completion of acute and long-term care plans or service plans.Clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director.General consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community.Notifying physicians and/or family members of any change in resident's health and providing proper documentation.Responding quickly to all emergencies.Maintaining close communication with all departments and staff members.Providing educational meetings for residents and staff.Maintaining confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information.Discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.Qualifications:Level of Formal Education: Training from an accredited licenses or vocational nursing programArea of Study: General nursingYears of Experience: 1+ yearsType of Experience: Senior care or related fieldSpecial Certifications: Must have a Licensed Practical Nurse's License current in the state in which they are practicing.
