Automotive Finance Manager

Job Description

Beaver Dam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our expanding team. If you're driven, customer-focused, and ready to be part of a successful dealership, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Summary

As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the finance office, helping customers secure financing and protection products while ensuring every transaction is completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

Present and sell financing, warranty, and insurance products that best fit each customer's needs.
Manage the entire finance process from deal approval through funding.
Structure and finalize finance deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, dealership policies, and lender requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and finance records.
Represent the dealership with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with sales managers and other department leaders to support dealership goals and continued growth.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager.
Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience .
Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, and F&I products.
Proven ability to structure and close finance deals.
Thorough understanding of compliance regulations and documentation requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical business practices.
