With a flat structure, you’ll have the autonomy to take ideas from concept to execution — often directly influencing how the firm prices risk, values positions, and manages capital. The successful candidate will likely come from a sell-side product control team, a trading desk environment, or another buy-side middle office role — but what sets you apart is your ability to combine technical know-how with commercial awareness. Product depth – strong exposure to complex fixed income and derivatives Pricing and data expertise – comfortable navigating multiple market data sources and reference data frameworks. Influence and presence – able to build trust with PMs, traders, and tech teams, and drive projects forward. Proactive mindset – spotting opportunities for improvement and making them happen. Technical skills (Excel, coding, analytics) and relevant qualifications are welcome, but attitude, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity are what will make you stand out.
