Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care while monitoring and assessing patient status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Schedule
This position offers a Day shift (5x8 hours) from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid RN license in Maryland or a compact license.
- Experience with Epic charting system is required.
- Previous charge experience is preferred.
- Clinical experience in an acute care setting is an asset.
