We're seeking a passionate Remote Travel Agent to delight clients and ensure every journey is seamless magic.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and exceed expectations on every trip detail.
- Handle inquiries via email, chat, phone—transforming concerns into a happy yes.
- Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize support for luxury escapes.
- Optimize response funnels, minimizing delays and boosting satisfaction scores.
- Nurture relationships post-booking, ensuring smooth travels from itinerary to homecoming.
- Deliver top-tier, high-touch service with empathy, expertise, and a smile
Nice to Have
- Travel industry savvy and AI tools for quick personalization (preferred, not required - zero experience also welcomed
