Maintenance Technician II - Part-time
Princeton Property Management is looking for a part-time experienced Maintenance Tech II to join our team!
We are looking for someone with property management maintenance experience, including turns, minor electrical and plumbing, grounds and can work with a team.
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 8 am to 5 p.m. 24 hours per week
Pay:
- $29 to $30 per hour, based on experience
- $50 phone reimbursement monthly
- $50 auto reimbursement monthly
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in property management maintenance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivation and reliability
- Team-oriented mindset
What is needed from you:
Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily. Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas. Complete apartment turns. Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area. Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
