Bookkeeper

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Location: In person Overview Established trucking company seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks independently. Responsibilities Maintain financial records and bookkeeping Handle accounts payable and receivable Assist with payroll and driver settlements Reconcile bank and credit card statements Track operational expenses (fuel, maintenance, insurance) Prepare monthly reports, including profit and loss statements Assist with IFTA reporting and related documentation Coordinate with CPA for tax preparation Maintain organized records Qualifications Prior bookkeeping experience Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Basic knowledge of payroll and tax reporting Transportation industry experience is a plus Additional Details Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth High school diploma or equivalent preferred Benefits Paid time off Paid training #J-18808-Ljbffr TDH TRANSPORT LLC
