Veterinary Technician

Overview Are you excited to join a talented team and help bring innovative technology to veterinary professionals? Jorgensen Laboratories is seeking a full-time, experienced, and dedicated veterinary technician to join our Technical Customer Support and Care team. This team-oriented role is primarily responsible for providing technical support and product education to veterinary clinics, distributors, and regional sales managers regarding JorVet products and services. Essential Responsibilities Promptly respond to all inbound customer calls and inquiries. Deliver professional service while building strong relationships with customers. Identify and assess customer needs through in-depth knowledge of products to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Serve as a product specialist for assigned product lines, supporting product launches and lifecycle activities. Handle customer concerns and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution. Provide comprehensive product support for selected equipment, including troubleshooting and guiding customers through repair processes via customer service and technical support lines. Collaborate closely with the outside sales team. Participate in sales meetings and selected conferences as assigned. Requirements Minimum of five years of experience in a veterinary clinic. High School diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Strong communication and attention to detail skills. Problem solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure. Time management and ability to multi-task. Ability to prepare correspondence, develop reports and enter customer data as needed. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and applicable insurance. CRM and Cloud Suite familiarity preferred. Desired Soft Skills Local candidate preferred and available to start promptly.
