Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. Experience with Epic is required. Requirements Candidates must have an Oregon license (required for submission). Local & travel allowed. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services. Additional Details Previous Employment Requirements: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but a written request is required to apply. Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry monitoring is available for patients requiring stable cardiac monitoring. Experience required. Preferred Skills/Experience: Orthopedic and Bariatric experience. Preferred Credentials: Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is strongly encouraged and supported. Unit/Facility Details: The Medical Surgical unit specializes in the care of acutely ill adults and of those who require surgery both emergent and elective. Special Requests No excessive RTO will be approved. Holiday Coverage Required: Yes. Shift & Scheduling No guaranteed work schedule aside from shift time. 1900-0730 Rotating weekends. 7 days maximum time off. 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months.
