As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Carinne Leisey-Gulati - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Communication and problem-solving abilities.
