Warehouse Associate

In this role, you will work closely with the warehouse asset management team to ensure exhibits and materials are properly handled, assembled, stored, and maintained.Responsibilities include:Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing trade show exhibits, equipment, and materialsAssisting with the assembly and disassembly of custom and portable modular trade show exhibitsReceiving, storing, and maintaining inventory of trade show exhibits and related assetsOperating a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyUsing computer systems to assist with inventory tracking and other warehouse functionsPreparing exhibits and materials for upcoming shipments and eventsMaintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environmentFollowing established safety procedures and proper material-handling practicesAssisting with general warehouse duties and other responsibilities as assignedQualifications:Previous warehouse experience preferredExperience with the assembly of custom and portable modular trade show exhibits is a plusExperience with warehouse storage, inventory, or asset management is a plusFundamental computer skillsForklift operation experience requiredAbility to lift and move items weighing up to 70 poundsAbility to safely climb and work from a ladderStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDependable, team-oriented, and willing to learnAbility to work overtime and some Saturdays during the busy seasonBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental InsuranceBasic Life and AD&D InsuranceCompany-paid Long-Term DisabilityCompany-paid Short-Term DisabilityPaid Vacation & Holiday PayPaid Sick Time Off401(k) Plan with Employer MatchingHealth FSA and Dependent Care FSAs AvailableAdditional Optional Benefits Available Including Commuter Benefits, Pet Insurance, Renters Insurance, and Pharmacy Discount ProgramThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, day shift.
