Aufgaben Du betreibst und entwickelst unsere Endpoint-Management-Umgebungen mit Microsoft Intune weiter. Dabei bist verantwortlich für die Gerätekonfiguration, Anwendungs-Verteilung und das Patch Management. Du verwaltest moderne Clients auf Basis von Windows und macOS. Bei der Installation setzt du auf Zero-Touch-Deployments. Du kümmerst Dich um die Integration und Sicherheit von mobilen Endgeräten (iOS, Android). Du verwaltest die Druckumgebungen unserer Kunden mit einem modernen Toolset. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Cloud-Architekten zusammen und unterstützt beim Betrieb unserer Managed Services auf Basis von Microsoft 365 & Azure. Du analysierst Störungen und übernimmst 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support im Endpoint-Umfeld. Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben mit PowerShell und entwickelst unsere Betriebsstandards weiter. Dein Profil Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung. Fundiertes Know-how in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager , EntraID / Azure AD und Microsoft 365. Erfahrung im Betrieb von Microsoft-Cloud-Diensten und im Umgang mit modernen Workplace-Umgebungen. Gute Kenntnisse in PowerShell für Automatisierungen. Erfahrung im Bereich Managed Service oder des grundlegende IT-Betriebs sind förderlich. Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und hast Spaß an Technik – genauso wie am Austausch im Team und mit Kunden. Flache Hierarchien und eine ausgeprägte “Du“-Kultur.
