This travel nursing role invites you to further develop your clinical and professional skills in a dynamic, fast-paced emergency department environment. Working alongside experienced teams and respected leaders, you'll gain insight into diverse operational styles and approaches to patient care, helping you expand your resume and grow your expertise in new and valuable ways.


Schedule/Hours:

• Shifts: 3:00 p.m.-3:00 a.m.
• Every other weekend required
• Participation in holiday rotation

Qualifications:

• Active IL RN license
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications
• At least 2 years of experience in a large, busy hospital setting
• Pediatric emergency care experience essential
• Permanent residence must be outside a 50-mile radius

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and efficient care to emergency room patients of all ages
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Quickly assess, triage, and respond to a wide variety of urgent and critical scenarios
• Adhere to all hospital protocols and regulatory standards
• Provide education and support for patients and their families during urgent situations
