Grow sales through repeat customers, increased sales, and profitability. Make informed suggestions for food and beverages. Deliver ordered items, maintain dining room cleanliness, and process payments promptly. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and teamwork. Take food and beverage orders from customers. Accept and process customer payments accurately. Follow all sanitation, safety, and cash handling policies. Complete opening, shift, and closing duties. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner. Upsell liquor or food options when appropriate. Maintain stocked server stations and ensure table maintenance. Assist as needed for a smooth customer experience. Report safety issues immediately. Maintain valid food handler and alcohol certifications. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Report non-routine situations to management. Qualifications: Motivated with high energy. Customer-centric with a service-oriented attitude. Organized and able to work under pressure. Follow written and verbal instructions. Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor. Knowledge of menu items and signature beverages. Respectful to all customers, staff, and vendors. Recognize signs of intoxication and address accordingly. Maintain all required certifications. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: Lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Constant walking, standing, stooping, reaching. Manual dexterity.
