Warehouse Order Picker Full Time 2nd Shift at Staples Tolleson, AZ

Warehouse Order Picker – 2nd Shift, Full Time Location: Tolleson, AZ. Shift: 12:00pm–8:30pm, Monday‑Friday. As a Warehouse Associate, you may work in one of five areas: Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, Custodian, or SC1 across roles. Responsibilities Select, pick, and prepare customer orders accurately and timely. Pick above ground level with adherence to safety procedures. Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves for the next shift. Select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases, and stock product. Move full totes and cases onto conveyor belts. Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance: sanitize restrooms, vacuum, mop floors, dust furniture, clean windows, and remove trash. Move into any of the above roles as needed (SC1). Ensure safe work practices and embrace safety culture. Basic Qualifications Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks. Understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines. Basic English language skills (verbal & written). Full‑time associate ability: willing to work additional hours beyond the scheduled shift; overtime may be required. Lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand. Walk and stand 100% of the time. At least 18years old. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Prior warehouse or applicable experience (fast‑food, stockroom, racking systems, customer service, package handling, etc.).
