Be Part Of Something Bigger.$20–$25/hour | Full-Time & Part-TimeAre you looking for a career where what you do every day truly matters?At Matrix Behavior Solutions, we believe every child has the ability to learn, grow, and thrive - and our BHTs are an essential part of making that happen.As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents ages 2–21, helping them develop meaningful skills, build confidence, and achieve their individualized goals through evidence-based behavioral interventions.Whether you're beginning your career in behavioral health or looking to grow your experience, Matrix will support you every step of the way.Why Join Matrix?At Matrix, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a team that invests in you.Competitive pay: $20–$25/hourScheduling: Morning, afternoon, evening & weekend opportunitiesFull-time & part-time positions available RBT training and professional development opportunitiesOngoing supervision, training and supportCollaborative, family-focused cultureMeaningful, hands-on experience working with children and adolescentsOpportunities to grow your career in behavioral healthWhat You'll DoAs a BHT/RBT, you will provide individualized 1:1 behavioral health services under the direction and supervision of our clinical team.Required:Implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plansWorking directly with children and adolescents ages 2–21Helping clients develop social, communication, life and adaptive skillsSupporting clients in reaching their individualized treatment goalsProviding services in homes, schools, daycares and community settingsCollecting accurate behavioral and treatment dataBuilding positive relationships with clients and their familiesHelping clients transfer newly learned skills into everyday situationsCompleting required daily documentation and weekly reportingCollaborating with Behavior Consultants and other members of the clinical teamParticipating in ongoing training and supervision to continuously strengthen your skills*Every session is an opportunity to help a child learn something new, gain independence, or experience success.Education & Experience Required:Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's-level degree in a service-related field plus at least 1 year of full-time paid experience involving direct contact with children or adolescents.Associate's Degree / College Credits: An associate-level degree or 60 credits toward a bachelor's degree, plus 1 year of full-time paid experience involving direct contact with children or adolescents.High School Diploma / Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a 40-hour RBT Task List training provided by a qualified BCBA or BC-ABA trainer, and 1 year of full-time paid experience involving direct contact with children or adolescents.A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.If you're passionate about helping children reach their potential and want a workplace where your growth matters too, we'd love to meet you!Helping children grow.
