Delivery Drivers

Job Description Job Description Summary:
Viewfinder Inc., a contracted service provider for FedEx, is seeking dependable pickup & delivery drivers. Drivers are responsible for safely operating company vehicles (i.e. cargo and step vans) to deliver and pick up packages within assigned routes — no CDL required. If you’re safety-focused, punctual, and enjoy working independently, we’d love to have you on our team.

Role Description
Safely operate a company-provided step van to deliver and pick up packages in a designated area
Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain safety compliance with FedEx standards
Load, sort, and scan packages accurately using provided devices
Communicate effectively with managers and customers
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications
Must be 21 years or older
Hold a valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages up to 150 lbs
Able to read, speak, and understand English
Must pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
Clean driving record — no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the past 3 years
Prior delivery experience (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, USPS, etc.) preferred but not required

Schedule & Pay
Full-time: up to 6 days per week
Typical start time: around 8:30 AM until route completion
Pay range: starting at $20 per hour, based on experience and performance
