RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Reach out to prospects for potential sales opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle situations calmly.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
