Mortgage Loan Coordinator I (Construction Loans) You are a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping members through the mortgage lending process. You are organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling both member-facing service and behind-the-scenes loan support tasks in a fast-paced financial environment. Location: Napa, California (TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT) This Position Pays: $24.00 – $31.00 per hour (DOE) What You Will Be Doing: Serving as the primary point of contact for mortgage lending members, including walk-ins, phone inquiries, and referrals Intake and processing of new mortgage loan applications in the loan fulfillment system Collecting and verifying required documentation (income, assets, and supporting files) Monitoring and following up on incomplete loan files and member requests Assisting with regulatory compliance notices (e.g., Reg B, credit denial letters, credit score disclosures) Managing electronic loan files, including uploading and organizing documentation Coordinating communication between branches, loan officers, and processing teams Handling departmental email inboxes and distributing documents appropriately Assisting with employment verification tasks (WVOE/VVOE) Cross-selling credit union products and services when appropriate What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of office, administrative, or customer service experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency with PC systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based tools Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Ability to obtain and maintain registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (SAFE Act compliance) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse members, vendors, and internal teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
