This is an excellent opportunity for a master's-level clinician who is working toward independent licensure and wants meaningful clinical experience, high-quality supervision, and the opportunity to serve individuals involved with the Department of Corrections (DOC) and other community-based populations.If you are passionate about helping people build healthier lives while growing your clinical skills in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.What You'll DoUnder the supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist, you will:Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluationsDevelop collaborative treatment plansProvide individual psychotherapy and counseling servicesDeliver psychoeducation and skill-building interventionsMaintain timely, accurate clinical documentationParticipate in treatment team and recovery team meetingsCollaborate with community partners and referral sourcesEngage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional developmentUtilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practicesThis position is primarily focused on individual therapy services. While occasional group coverage opportunities may arise, group facilitation is not a primary responsibility of this role.Work Environment & ScheduleWe understand the importance of flexibility for clinicians.Hybrid Work ScheduleOnsite in Beloit: Monday and WednesdayTelehealth: Tuesday and ThursdayFriday: Telehealth or onsite based on client and program needsFlexible SchedulingTherapists have flexibility to establish a schedule that works for them and their clients.
