Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with hotel standards and guest preferences Ensure all food is prepared safely, hygienically, and in a timely manner Assist in menu planning and suggest new culinary ideas to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a hospitality setting Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Creativity and passion for culinary arts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus Our boutique hotel offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with opportunities for growth and development within a close-knit team.
