Job Details 15+ years of multifamily construction management experience Extensive background leading large-scale wrap-style multifamily developments with structured parking and resort-style amenities Interest in progressing into high level management (still hands on) roles moving forward Proven experience operating at a senior project management, operations leadership, or project executive level Deep understanding of Florida construction logistics, zoning, permitting, inspections, and agency coordination Strong history of managing large project teams, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships Well-documented portfolio of successfully completed multifamily projects in Florida Experience mentoring project managers, superintendents, and operational staff Excellent leadership, client management, negotiation, and business development skills Equal Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
